Ingredients

    • 1 head of fresh broccoli, chopped including stalk

    • ¼ Purple cabbage cut into thin strips

    • 1 box of Yachin chickpeas, 200 g

    • 1 box of Yachin's peas

    • 2 stalks chopped green onions

    • 1 chopped coriander

    • ½ Almond sticks

    • ¼ Cranberries are better without sugar

  • For the sauce

    • ¼ Lemon spice

    • ¼ Raw curd

    • ¼ Buckwheat

    • 2 teaspoons silane

    • 2 teaspoons Amaba can be replaced with half a teaspoon of yellow curry or turmeric

    • 1 clove crushed garlic

    • ½ A teaspoon of salt

    • Black pepper

How to make a broccoli salad and chickpeas in a tahini sauce?

  • 1 Roast the almonds in a pan over medium heat until golden and remove to a plate.

  • 2 Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

  • 3 Mix all the sauce ingredients well, pour over the vegetables and mix well so that the sauce coats all the vegetables.
