Charlène von Monaco will continue to be treated in a clinic over Christmas.
But finally there is a ray of hope.
Monaco - Charlène of Monaco was separated from her family for a long time.
Because of an ENT infection, she was operated on several times in South Africa and could not fly home.
Then the relief: The Princess was back home with her husband, Prince Albert, and their children, Jacques and Gabriella.
It could have been the perfect happy ending, but the joy was short-lived.
Charlène von Monaco was brought back outside the country, is in a clinic.
In the meantime, Prince Albert denied speculation: "She was overwhelmed with official duties, life in general and even family life."
And it has nothing to do with our relationship, ”said Albert.
Charlène von Monaco will finally see the family again this Christmas
Now there finally seems to be good news from the Monegasque royal family: As the palace published, Charlène will finally see her family again at Christmas.
She will stay in the clinic, which has not been disclosed, in order to protect privacy.
But Albert and the twins will come to visit them there.
Charlène will not be seen in public, as has already been the case on appointments such as the traditional Christmas tree installation.
On Instagram, Charlène published a drawing of the family in front of a Christmas tree instead of the classic photo Christmas greeting.
New health update on Charlène of Monaco
Unfortunately, in addition to the good news, the palace also announced sad news: The princess's recovery is going "satisfactorily," according to the announcement.
But it will "probably take months" until Charlène von Monaco is back in full health.
