Tragic death of a two-year-old: a baby monitor was switched on
Since the two-year-old was at home alone, the parents switched on a baby monitor.
But when the little one decided to leave the house, probably to look for his parents, the device didn't work.
The parents did not notice that their son is no longer in his cot in the house.
