The Norwegian royal family has released their official Christmas photo.

On the recording, Mette-Marit, Haakon & Co. show themselves again from their best side.

Bygdøy - Shortly before the holidays, the royals from the far north come up with a festive new family photo and wish them a Merry Christmas.

For this, Crown Princess Mette-Marit (48), Crown Prince Haakon (48) & Co. have thrown themselves into the shell.

The Norwegian royal family has been in a great Christmas mood for several weeks.

The Royals recently published several cute snapshots of Princess Ingrid Alexandra (17) and Prince Sverre Magnus (16) from past Christmas parties on Instagram.

Now that the holidays are just around the corner, the royal family is of course also presenting a brand new photo and wishes the population and all royal fans a merry and reflective Christmas season.

Mette-Marit & her family wish a Merry Christmas: Traditional greetings

In contrast to the summer holiday greetings from Prince William (39) and Duchess Kate (39) from Jordan, the Norwegians' official Christmas photo was shot in a more traditional setting - namely at the royal country estate on the Bygdøy peninsula.
