100 Percent Chicken: A
British customer who recently dined at the KFC fast food chain in south west London ordered chicken wings, but found a whole chicken head, with the beak and cockroach, coated in the chain's crispy and beloved coating.
The woman identified herself as Gabriella and on a restaurant review site gave the restaurant two stars and wrote: "Now I opened the package of chicken wings I ordered and saw a whole chicken head. I left the food and did not touch it anymore."

Gabriella even shared a photo of the chicken head on an Instagram account called: "Fast Food Trauma" (Takeawaytrauma), where the photo received many shares and comments.
"I would have been happy to go back two minutes before I saw this picture," one wrote while the other wrote: "Should such a thing give two stars to the chain's branch? Wow, are you generous."
However, there were those who wrote that it is good to know what we are eating and not to repress reality.
"If you can not cope with the fact that you eat dead animals, then you should stop eating meat," wrote one surfer.
Another respondent wrote: "Now I'm sure KFC serves us real food."

The fast food chain responded to the affair and wrote with humor: "Get two stars for an event like this? This is the most generous review we have received."
KFC of course added that they do not know how the head got to the dish and that they will make an inquiry on the matter.
"We were surprised by the picture, we are investigating how it happened. Although we serve real chicken but we have a strict screening and sorting system," they wrote, adding: "Since the incident we have been in contact with suppliers and are taking steps to prevent such an incident." "Gabriel's difficult experience, so we invited her and her family to visit our production line to see that such cases are very rare and that no chicken head will appear in their dish again. Of course we also gave them a free order at the expense of the chain in its restaurants."
Were we wrong?
