According to circulated fragments, the incident occurred in the stairs at Exit A of MTR Sham Shui Po Station. A woman kneeled on the stairs and hid her face. A man in black aimed at the woman and kicked it in the head. The man turned and left after succeeding.
After receiving a heavy blow, the woman fell to the ground and lay on the steps. Another man in green wanted to help her. This caused dissatisfaction with the man in black. It needs other "peacemakers" to stop them before they can be separated.

A MTR spokesperson said that at 5.40pm yesterday, the staff of Sham Shui Po Station received a notice that passengers near Exit A of the station needed assistance.
The staff immediately went to the scene to deal with it and found that two men were arguing and another woman was sitting on the ground claiming a headache.
The staff immediately called the police. During the reporting period, one of the men left by herself. The woman was finally sent to the hospital for treatment and the incident was handed over to the police.
The police said that a report was received at about 5.45 pm yesterday that someone was arguing at the Sham Shui Po MTR station.
Police officers arrived at the scene and intercepted a 19-year-old foreign woman and a 29-year-old foreign man inside the station. After investigation, it is believed that they had disputes due to relationship problems. During this time, the woman reported that she had accidentally fallen and injured herself in the stairs.
The woman sustained head injuries and was consciously sent to Caritas Medical Centre for treatment.
