Every day its rebound in the “
Jubillar

.
Contrary to what was announced in June during his indictment, Cédric Jubillar took more than 300 steps on the night of his wife's disappearance, when he noticed her disappearance in their pavilion in Cagnac- les-Mines (Tarn), report our colleagues from
La Dépêche
.
"
This argument was from the beginning completely aberrant
", reacts to Le
Figaro
one of his lawyers, Me Jean-Baptiste Alary.

During the press conference announcing the indictment of the husband of Delphine Jubillar for "
intentional homicide
", the public prosecutor of Toulouse, Dominique Alzéari, relied on three elements betraying, according to him, his responsibility: the displacement of the car, the use of the washing machine in the middle of the night and the pedometer on his laptop. The analysis of the application indicated that Cédric Jubillar had walked about forty steps between 3:53 am - time at which he turns his phone back on - and 4:50 am, when the gendarmes arrived. A limited number of steps while he claimed to be actively looking for his wife. In Cédric's defense, in no case did this index incriminate him: "
When he wakes up, he finds that Delphine is no longer in their bed.
He looks for her, without thinking of taking his cell phone which is placed on the bedside table
, ”underlines the Albigensian criminal.
Partial analyzes
It turns out that after a complete analysis of his pedometer by the gendarmes of the Toulouse research section, the man actually took 301 steps in and around his home. All the data had not yet been analyzed, when the representative of the prosecution spoke at the beginning of the summer. Only the 3:53 - 4 hours time slot had been used. Enough to warm up the defense of the plaster painter: "
How can we afford to publicly report something that we know to be wrong or that we have not sufficiently exploited ?!
», Protested Me Alary.
In this investigation without body, confession, or material evidence, it is the second element that undermines the accusation. When the gendarmes arrived at the Jubillar home, the husband was "
triggering a washing machine
" in which is "
the duvet of the bed on which Delphine Jubillar slept
", had indicated during a conference the prosecutor of the Republic of Toulouse. His lawyer had explained to
Le Figaro
that he had washed it because “
his dog had urinated on it
".
This element may seem suspicious, but it turned out, after analysis, that the water in the machine did not contain blood or urine.
If that does not exonerate Cédric Jubillar, that does not incriminate him for all that.
The quilt seized in the washing machine was also sent for expertise, but the conclusions of this one, undertaken in July, have still not been entered in the file.

In parallel, the new companion of Cédric Jubillar came out free from his custody for "
concealing a corpse
" last Thursday, which does not allow the husband of the nurse to be further involved in his disappearance.
It is on these fragile elements that the defense lawyers will rely to request his release.
For them it is obvious, the investigation is no longer stalling "
it is retreating.
But, plague Me Alary, "
there is a man's freedom at stake.
