Mexican actress Silvia Pinal was hospitalized after an episode of high blood pressure and after being diagnosed with covid-19, her daughters reported this Thursday in interviews in local media.
"That is the thing, that he has covid," said singer Alejandra Guzmán, daughter of Pinal, in statements to the program "Venga la Alegría", of TV Azteca.
After the diagnosis, the actress was admitted to a specialized area for patients with coronavirus in a hospital in Mexico City, said her daughter Sylvia Pasquel, during an interview with the Televisa program "Hoy".
"The doctor believes that he is going to go through the disease without any risk and well, we are all in this, betting that my mother's strength will help us to get ahead," said Pasquel.
