A new chapter in the history of the “Strasserhof” in Wackersberg begins.

The area has been sold to neighbor Tassilo Perras, who is planning a holiday home.

In its most recent meeting, the municipal council unanimously passed the resolution for the “Hotel Straß” development plan.

Wackersberg: "This means that the purchase contract can now be fulfilled," says owner Johannes Tien happily.

As reported, Tien had someone interested in the reason for the "Strasserhof", which has since been demolished, by hand, but who initially wanted to wait and see whether the community would give the go-ahead for his plans.

That has now happened - and with it the buyer is also stepping out of cover.

It is Tassilo Perras, the owner of the neighboring golf club.

“After 30 years, the Strasserhof ensemble, chapel house and golf course are now in one hand again,” Perras wrote in a joint statement with Tien.

After many turbulent years, he realized that it was time to tackle the project himself, continued Perras.

65 apartments will be built

The plans envisage the construction of a holiday home with around 4,000 square meters of net living space.

65 apartments of different sizes are to be built.

A spa with an outdoor swimming pool, wellness and fitness facilities and an underground car park are also being built.

As reported, some of the apartments are to be sold.

These are available to the respective owner for up to eight weeks a year for personal use, the rest of the time they are rented out.

An apartment in the middle of a golf course

According to Perras, this offer is “unique in the region.

There are 30 golf courses in the Munich region, but so far none where you can own an apartment in the middle of the golf course. ”It is important to him, as well as to everyone involved, that the beautiful farm is revived and preserved.

Therefore, it should look very similar to its predecessor.

The previous owner is now building a hotel on the Wackersberger Höhe

“It all ends very well,” says Tien. The times had been turbulent since he acquired the "Strasserhof" in early 2018. There were many ideas that could not be realized, said Tien. When the opportunity arose in 2019 to acquire the property on the Wackersberger Höhe, it was clear to him that the better location would be to implement the plans there. Even if it wasn't easy to sell the “Strasserhof”: “It was good that we never lost contact with our neighbors.” This is how the current purchase came about, says Tien, who would also like to thank the community of Wackersberg.

In fact, the project was waved through very quickly at the most recent council meeting.

Another important point had already been discussed: Mayor Jan Göhzold presented an expert opinion that had calculated the effects of the plans at “Strasserhof” on the municipal drinking water network.

"Overall, it can be said that our water network will withstand the withdrawal," concluded the mayor.

He wished the plans “good luck”.

Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2023

According to Perras, the planning permission should be submitted in the spring, so that construction can begin in early 2023.

A two-year construction period is expected.

Tien is happy that “we got everything right.

This is a nice end to the year. "
