Dozens of Palestinians participated this evening in a solidarity stand in the city of Jenin in the West Bank in support of the prisoners inside the Israeli occupation prisons.
According to the Palestinian Wafa Agency, the participants in the sit-in organized by the institutions of prisoners and the Palestinian national forces raised Palestinian flags and pictures of martyrs and prisoners and banners condemning the occupation calling on international human rights and humanitarian institutions to pressure the occupation to return the bodies of the martyrs it is holding and immediately release the prisoners who are subjected to brutal violations, especially the sick.
About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners inside Israeli jails face harsh detention conditions, including about 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention.
