Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian affirmed that improving and developing relations with neighboring countries is a priority of his country's foreign policy.
Abdullahian said during his meeting today with the Omani Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Khalifa Al-Harthy that Iran is committed to dialogue and adopting political solutions to solve bilateral and regional problems, declaring its readiness to consult with countries in the region in order to raise the level of bilateral relations.
Abdullahian expressed his hope that the necessary grounds for ending the crisis in Yemen will be available with the efforts of all countries in the region, especially Iran and Oman.
In turn, the Omani Deputy Foreign Minister expressed his hope that the Yemeni crisis would end as soon as possible, adding that his country welcomes and supports peaceful means and negotiations to reduce regional problems.
