The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia organized today a seizure of a facility whose owner illegally possesses catering flour.
The director of internal trade in Lattakia, Eng. Ahmed Zaher, stated that the owner of the facility is making saj bread for restaurants, where a number of bags of flour were seized, and the violator was referred for investigation and the facility was waxed.
On the other hand, the Directorate of Health Affairs in Lattakia City Council closed two dairy and cheese stores, the first in the Sheikh Daher area and the second in the Quneis neighborhood, for violating health conditions and not paying attention to the cleanliness of equipment.
Kinan Saeed, director of health affairs in the provincial council, stated that a shop for preparing potatoes and chickpeas was also closed due to lack of attention to hygiene and the lack of health cards for workers, as the necessary control was organized in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
