The Food and Health Bureau gazetted this (26) early morning, stating that in response to an initial confirmed imported case that had stayed in Hong Kong during the incubation period, 15 specified places were included in the mandatory testing announcement.
The places on the list include Ocean Park, Yat Tung Estate Market in Tung Chung, Apple ifc mall in the International Finance Centre and many restaurants, including the famous congee and noodle specialist of Citygate, The Globe and Fresca in Central.
Relevant persons must be tested on or before December 28, 2021.
If the person under inspection has been tested between December 23 and December 25, 2021, they will be deemed to have complied with the requirements of the mandatory testing announcement.
There were 25 newly imported cases in Hong Kong yesterday, including 5 karate athletes including the Tokyo Olympic bronze medalist Liu Mushang's elder brother Liu Weiming.
In addition, fewer than 10 cases were initially diagnosed.
