Three young people, Gaetano Parisi, 20, Rosario Quinci, 18, and Alessandro Cirrone, 16, died last night in an accident on the provincial road 11, near the Paradisa junction, at the Niscemi exit, in the Nisseno area.
A fourth 17-year-old boy is hospitalized in a reserved prognosis at the Sant'Elia hospital, where he was transferred in the morning from 118 to undergo neurosurgery.
The accident occurred around 3. The four, who were returning home after the night spent out, were traveling in a Citroen C3 driven by the 20-year-old when, for reasons under investigation, they went off the road.
118 ambulances and police officers arrived on the scene and are currently reconstructing the dynamics of the accident.
According to an initial reconstruction, it may have occurred due to the high speed.
The prosecutor on duty ordered the seizure of the vehicle and the return of the bodies to relatives.
