A sweeping restraining order was imposed on a serious affair in the south of the country involving small suspects in sexual offenses.
The order issued by the Ashkelon Magistrate's Court last Wednesday cast a full shadow over every detail related to the affair.
Just last Thursday, the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Juvenile District Court against the 15-year-old boy suspected of sexually assaulting students at several schools in the city over the past two years.
According to the indictment filed by Adv. Pnina Levy, the boy is charged with multiple rapes and indecent acts on six minors, girls his age and younger. Social and without prior acquaintance. The sexual offenses occurred against the minors' consent, without the defendant bothering to find out their consent and sometimes even despite their opposition. In the arrest request, Adv. Levy stated that: "The respondent has adopted a pattern of sexual aggression towards minors and his bad and serial harm creates an exceptional danger for his age and is particularly high."
The defendant was charged with five counts of rape of a minor, four counts of indecent assault on a minor and attempted rape.
The case was investigated by the youth unit at the Tel Aviv North station of the Israel Police.
