Bad Tölz - Good news for the financially troubled Tölz rehab sports club.

This will continue in the new year for the time being.

The lawyer Jürgen Müller, who was appointed provisional insolvency administrator by the local court a month ago, sent a positive message: the association can continue into the new year.

Jürgen Müller writes to the members of the association: “As a neutral, provisional insolvency administrator appointed by the court, I succeeded in mediating and creating the conditions to be able to say from the current state that we will continue beyond the turn of the year. ”

Lawyer achieves cost reduction

After a lot of intensive discussions and the order of the contractual relationships, a cost reduction was achieved, "which enables planning over the first few months of 2022", assures Müller.

During this time, work should “continue to work on restructuring solutions, which I will work out in cooperation with committed members from your group”.

“The more the members get involved and the broader the membership base, the easier it will be to implement a viable renovation solution,” continues Müller and calls out: “So feel free to get involved.
