A strong winter monsoon is affecting the coast of South China, and the temperature in the area is gradually dropping.

According to the Transport Department, due to urgent maintenance of the water mains, the express lane on Ma Tau Wai Road (toward and from the direction) near Hung Hom Commercial Centre has been closed, and the express lane on Hok Yuen Street (toward Ma Tau Wai Road) has also been closed.
Motorists can only use the remaining down lanes.
