Israel seems more than ever on the verge of war against Iran.
For weeks now, it has been time for verbal escalation, to convince the world that the Hebrew state is ready to start a war to prevent the Islamic republic from acquiring atomic bombs.
The threats were issued as negotiations between Iran and the international nuclear community resumed Monday in Vienna.
But appearances can be deceiving.
Serious doubts are beginning to surface over Israel's military ability to deal a fatal blow to Iran's nuclear ambitions, as well as over the effectiveness of this campaign of intimidation.
