A 74-year-old man killed his 72-year-old wife by throwing her into the Osento river near Casalbordino: it happened shortly after lunch near a bridge on the provincial road 216, in the Vasto area, in Abruzzo.
According to what has been learned from the carabinieri who are investigating the incident, the pensioner was constituted in the barracks immediately after the tragedy: the woman had been ill for some time and it seems irreversible.
