This is a great comedic drama, signed by director Talia Lavie, who also created the acclaimed "Zero in Human Relations".

"The main innovation of" One in the Heart "is actually dealing with the issue of monogamy, which has hardly been expressed in contemporary Israeli cinema, which tends to move away from romantic matters," wrote Walla Avner Shavit film critic about the film.

"Lavi does not shy away from this, and is good at discussing a question that concerns many of her generation."

"The idea of the film is basically to create a contrast between the place itself, the dimension, which is a terribly fun place - compared to the shaky experience that requires maturity," director Uri Lotan said of the film.

"I took a personal experience that I very much remember and tried to convey the emotion. It should be made clear that I can not reveal everything that happens at the end of the film but what I can say is that I am returning to an important and big moment that largely shaped me and my life."
