In North Rhine-Westphalia, the seven-day incidence of new corona infections has increased slightly again.
The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) gave the value per 100,000 inhabitants within a week on Monday morning as 183.8.
On Sunday it was 181.9, but a week ago it was 238.3.
This means that the most populous federal state has an incidence significantly below the value of 222.7 reported for the federal government.
Düsseldorf - The RKI points out, however, that less test and reporting activity can be expected during the holidays and at the turn of the year.
Therefore, the officially reported number of cases could only show an incomplete picture of the corona situation in Germany.
