During a restaurant check in Kirchseeon, the police found 164 fake vaccination passports, 89 already completed digital vaccination certificates, fake stamps and 4500 batch stickers of corona vaccines.

- After the police found amphetamines and documents for the falsification of vaccination books during a restaurant inspection in Kirchseeon on December 2, the Erding criminal investigation department began an extensive investigation. In the meantime, arrest warrants have been issued against five people. The police headquarters in Upper Bavaria-North announced on Monday, December 27th.

It was more by chance that the officers tracked down the accused during an inspection under the Infection Protection Act.

In addition to 850g of amphetamine and 55g of marijuana, a total of 164 vaccination records and 89 already completed digital vaccination certificates were found.

During a closer search, fake stamps and over 4500 batch stickers of corona vaccines were found in the restaurant.

Two Czech and one Polish citizens were provisionally arrested on site and the evidence was seized.

In the course of extensive investigations by the Erding criminal police in close coordination with the Munich II public prosecutor's office, further suspicions focused on a couple and another woman from Munich.

When raids were ordered, the emergency services found small amounts of drugs in addition to other forged vaccination certificates.

A alarm gun, a telescopic baton and a brass knuckle could also be secured in the course of these measures.

The initial suspicion against the Poles provisionally arrested on December 2nd, 2021 was not confirmed and he was released from custody.

The Munich II public prosecutor's office applied for arrest warrants against a total of five suspects between the ages of 33 and 47, which were enforced by the responsible local judge.

In addition to trading in amphetamines, they are accused of preparing and producing incorrect vaccination cards for commercial purposes and in a gang, as well as of unauthorized issuing of health certificates.

The extensive investigations by the Erding Criminal Police, in particular regarding the buyers of false vaccination passports from all over Germany, are still ongoing.
