The Ministry of Health of Kosovo announced that it had recorded the first nine cases of the mutant omicron of the Corona virus.

Sputnik quoted the ministry as saying that five of the people infected with Omicron came from the United Kingdom and France, while the other four cases belonged to people who had not traveled outside the country, warning that Omicron would cause an exacerbation of the epidemiological situation in the country.
