The Baath Party: The practices of the Zionist entity in the Golan are a violation of international law

The central leadership of the Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party affirmed that the criminal practices of the Zionist occupation entity in the occupied Syrian Arab Golan, the latest of which was its quest to double the number of settlers there, confirms once again that this enemy is continuing in settlement projects, taking advantage of the massive aggression against Syria and the projects of normalization with it, thinking that it can do what it takes. The leadership said in a statement, which SANA received a copy of today, that “the occupying Zionist entity continues its practices on the Golan, which represent a blatant violation of the rights of our Syrian Arab people, international law and human rights alike, in addition to its occupation of Palestinian lands and the violation of the rights of the people of historic Palestine.”

The leadership added, "The aggressive nature of this entity is constantly escalating as it receives encouragement and support from the forces of hegemony and neo-colonialism and the forces of terrorism that have gathered to launch complex wars unprecedented in contemporary history against Syria."

The Central Command expressed its confidence that the sun of freedom in the Golan will shine again and that confronting terrorism and its supporters on Syrian soil aims to liberate the entire Syrian lands, including the dear part of the occupied Golan, stressing that the steadfastness of our brave people in the Golan since the occupation is a confirmation that the Syrian Arab people do not abandon For his land and his rights, whatever the sacrifices.

The leadership concluded by saying that all Israeli measures are null and void and have no meaning in the lexicon of the proud Syrian Arab people, and this usurping entity will know the extent of this people’s ability to defend their land and rights.
