Today, the Ministry of Health updated that 1,760 Israelis were diagnosed yesterday as positive for Corona and that half of them are Omicron carriers - out of about 94,000 tests, of which 1.87% came out positive.

The number of patients in critical condition remained stable at 87. The coefficient of infection first stabilized after 10 days and remained 1.41.

At Sheba Medical Center, the first study of its kind in the world began today, in which a fourth vaccine against corona will be given, in order to examine the effectiveness of the fourth dose.

The study will involve about 150 employees from Sheba, who already received the third dose more than four months ago, and their serology score is below 700.
