This Monday a new hearing will be held to evaluate the case of the Cuban truck driver Rogel Aguilera-Mederos.
Alexis King, district attorney for Jefferson County, Colorado, will ask the court to reduce his sentence from 110 years in prison to one that ranges from 20 to 30 years.
