A mentally ill 33-year-old harassed passers-by with inciting slogans in front of the Jagdfeld Center in Haar - the statements fluctuated between right-wing radicalism and hatred of Germans.

Haar

- A 33-year-old man in Haar has made incitement to passers-by on several occasions.

The statements were contradictory: on the one hand he pissed people off with right-wing extremist statements like "Sieg Heil", on the other hand he was talking about "shitty Germans", the press office of the Munich police headquarters informed.

Just drunk talk?

The man who lives in the Munich district was in and around the shopping center on Jagdfeldring last week.

When he met passers-by when entering and leaving the department store, he uttered seditious slogans and insults several times.

The 33-year-old had alcoholic beverages with him, the police carried out an alcohol test at the Jagdfeldring and found that the man had more than one per thousand.

However, his intoxication should not have been the reason for his abusive statements.

Mann has already been conspicuous in the past

The man had already had psychological problems in the past and was also known for various state security offenses.

He was placed in a clinic because of evidence of a mental illness.

He was also charged with incitement to hatred, insulting and using symbols of unconstitutional organizations.
