The General Secretariat of the General Conference of Arab Parties affirmed that the practices of the usurping Zionist entity in the occupied Syrian Golan are null and void and represent a direct violation of international law.

The Secretary-General of the General Conference of the Arab Parties, Qassem Saleh, indicated in a statement that the Israeli plans in the occupied Syrian Golan are a direct violation of the rights of our Syrian Arab people and of international law and human rights alike, stressing that all these Zionist measures in the Golan are null and void and meaningless in the dictionary of the Syrian Arab people father.

He called "the international community, the living forces, unions and Arab parties to condemn these dangerous measures, issue positions and organize moves that confirm their support for the struggle of the Syrian people in general and our people in the occupied Syrian Golan, especially in their struggle to liberate their land from the abomination of the brutal Zionist occupation and foreign occupations."

For its part, the General Arab Conference, in a statement after a meeting headed by Khaled Al-Sufyani, denounced the Israeli occupation's plans to increase the number of settlements in the occupied Syrian Golan and allocate a budget for this, pointing out that this constitutes a clear violation of international law and resolutions of international legitimacy.

The statement called on the living forces of the nation and the free people of the world to condemn the unilateral Zionist measures against an occupied Syrian Arab land.
