The 2G rule applies in clothing stores - an exception applies to a store in Neutraubling.
The owner resisted the measure.
Regensburg - In Bavaria, the 2G rule largely applies in retail.
The only exception is for shops with daily needs, such as supermarkets.
But clothes shops are not one of them.
The administrative court of Regensburg has now found the owner of a textile retail business in Neutraubling to be right.
According to the judgment, their shop serves to cover daily needs.

2G rule in fashion stores: owner from Neutraubling defends herself
The owner of the fashion store does not have to adhere to the 2G rule, her shop serves to cover daily needs.
The court granted the woman's request by way of an urgent decision.
However, the court did not question the 2G rule per se, but only its implementation in individual cases, as the radio station further reported.
The supply of suitable clothing serves to cover individual needs, it goes on to say.
This could occur at any time.
Children who are still growing may need clothing just as much as adults (for example warm clothing in winter), according to the judges.
As
Antenne Bayern
further reports, it is not clear to the court why, for example, the need for bookstores that are exempt from 2G is more important than clothes.
