At about 10 pm on the 29th, it was reported that a 17-year-old boy was blackmailed by a group of acquaintance boys and girls in a public place on Tuen Mun Rural Committee Road. Another place on Ruilu was attacked by the same group of people with hands, feet and spray paint, resulting in injuries to hands and paint on the face.
The police stated that after the police officers arrived at the scene and conducted preliminary investigations, the cases were listed as "extortion", "theft" and "actual bodily harm caused by assault" and were handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of Tuen Mun Police District for follow-up. No one has been arrested yet.
The 17-year-old boy was injured and was consciously sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for treatment.
It is understood that the persons involved in the case are 2 boys and 1 girl, aged between 13 and 14. It is suspected that someone has been bullied by the "young gang", but the details are still pending investigation.
