It is finally the chef Eugénie Béziat who will run the kitchens of the Ritz from April 1.
Until now, the 38-year-old cook has held the piano at La Flibuste (a Michelin star since 2020), in Villeneuve-Loubet, in the Alpes-Maritimes.
We had previously met her at La Roya (one Michelin star) restaurant in Saint-Florent, Corsica.
