"Knights of the Environment" are part of this phenomenon. 30 years after the dissolution of the USSR, it seems that it was precisely the West that ultimately lost to the East, and failed in its promise to lead the world in its own way.

Suffice it to look at the situation today in the three countries that finally disbanded the USSR in early December 1991: Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. Meanwhile, Putin has managed with his extreme and effective methods to reduce the dimensions of the problem for his country, while the West, with the United States at its head, seems to be folding in its face.

Russia is constantly accused of interfering in the internal affairs of Western democracies, undermining security stability in areas of conflict, espionage and unrest.

While Putin has managed in the last two decades to stabilize his country, to some extent re-establish its economy and return it to a position of influence in the international arena - the West, with the US at its head, is suffering from symptoms of collapse.

Moreover, the current state of the Democratic Party in the United States over its "progressive" currents, from Bernie Sanders to Alexandria Oxio-Cortez, raises a serious question: Did the USSR lose the Cold War, or did it win it?
