Today, Al-Hasakah City Council implemented a campaign to rehabilitate Al-Thawra Park in the center of Al-Hasakah city, which included planting trees, cleaning and removing dust.
The head of Al-Hasakah city council, Adnan Khajo, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the campaign comes within the framework of the initiative of goodness and focuses on reforesting Al-Thawra Garden to restore the green cover after it was subjected to an unjust attack during the previous years.
Khaju pointed out that the council’s activities implemented within the initiative of goodness during the last period included the rehabilitation of the Martyrs’ Park and the restoration of the green belt that extends from the beginning of Al Mahatta Street in the center of Al-Hasakah city to the wheel of Al-Owaisi and Al-Thawra Park, which is currently being worked on, pointing to the council’s endeavor to replace the trees within the parks in the city center .
