“I don't feel like it anymore” - Crisis service sends police to Apfeltrach on suspicion of suicide

Apfeltrach - The Mindelheim police advise to "be careful with your choice of words" in view of an incident in Apfeltrach (Unterallgäu district).

From there, a 53-year-old had received psychological care over the phone and - probably by mistake - had chosen unfavorable words when she ended the phone call.

Because after the Apfeltracher wanted to end the phone call with the Schwaben crisis service on Wednesday evening, he said shortly before hanging up: “I don't feel like it anymore.” It had apparently only been about a consultation beforehand.

Nevertheless, the employee of the crisis service had to call the police to rule out a possible suicide attempt.

When officers from the Mindelheim police moved to Apfeltrach, it quickly became apparent in a conversation with the person concerned that it was only an ambiguous statement.

A police spokesman explains that there was no need to initiate any further measures.

The Schwaben Crisis Service was set up for people who are in a mental crisis and are looking for advice.
