The Haifa District Court today (Thursday) ruled the case of Elias Khoury, a gynecologist from the north of the country, and convicted him of committing sexual offenses on two patients.
The doctor was charged with two counts of rape, two counts of indecent assault, and three counts of sexual harassment.
According to the indictment, during the years 2015 and 2016, the gynecologist committed sexual offenses on two patients who came to his private clinic and the hospital where he works in the north of the country, on four different occasions.
The doctor allegedly obtained the consent of the complainants to perform most of the acts fraudulently, presenting them as part of a medical examination.
