A rusty gun and bone remains were discovered in a synagogue in Jerusalem
Parts of the bones and the gun were discovered during renovation work carried out at a synagogue in the Musrara neighborhood.
Policemen from the Lev HaBira police station and the forensic personnel of the Jerusalem Police were called to the scene, and forwarded the findings to the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
At this stage it is not possible to determine whether these are human bones

Bone fragments and a rusty gun were discovered this morning (Thursday) in the building of a synagogue in the Musrara neighborhood of Jerusalem.
The remains and the gun were discovered during renovations carried out at the site.
Investigators from the Lev HaBira police station were called to the synagogue.
They arrived at the scene together with the forensic officers of the Jerusalem Police.
The police officers began investigating the circumstances of the case, and transferred the items to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for an in-depth examination.
At this stage it is not possible to determine whether these are human bones.
