Medics upset by Corona headline - "Do not be misled"

A media report said that many patients in the clinics are in the intensive care unit not because of, but only with Corona.

That’s the turn of the message.

 found out about the current situation in the hospitals in the region. "We can confirm that the majority, an estimated 90 percent, come to us in intensive care units because of Corona," reports the Nuremberg Clinic. * 

In the intensive care unit, however, no distinction is made between people who have to be treated “with” or “because of” Covid-19.

Every patient with corona automatically claims a "corona place", it goes on to say.

The decisive factor here is that these people pose a high risk of infection, which makes isolation necessary.

Nuremberg: Most of the corona patients in the hospital because of the virus 

According to its own information, 37 corona patients were in the intensive care unit at the University Hospital in Erlangen on Monday (December 27).

Only one of them was admitted not because of the virus, but because of another disease, reports
