The Tel Aviv District Court today (Thursday) convicted Yotam Okon of the offenses of raping a minor, indecent assault on a minor and indecent assault on a minor.
As part of a plea agreement reached by the parties, Adv. Rosie Kabaz, from the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (criminal), filed an amended indictment in which Yotam Okon pleaded guilty to sexual offenses against the minor.
Following this, Judge Benny Sagi convicted Okon of sexual offenses.
It is important to emphasize that the parties reached agreements regarding the amount of compensation for the complainant, but did not reach agreements regarding the punishment.
The offense of indecent act on a minor refers to an indecent act in which the defendant influences the victim to commit an act on the body or body of another person.
