59-year-old motorcyclist killed in a car accident near Merom Golan Israel today

A motorcyclist in his 50s was killed today (Friday) in a self-inflicted car accident on Road 98, near Merom Golan.

Police road accident investigators are investigating the circumstances of the accident.

MDA reported on the serious accident: "MDA medics and paramedics provided medical treatment at the scene and performed resuscitation operations, which ultimately determined the death of a 59-year-old motorcycle vehicle."

A senior MDA medic, Aviv Katz, said: "The motorcyclist was lying in a ditch next to the motorcycle, unconscious and suffering severe injuries to his body.

"We rescued him to the road and immediately began advanced medical treatment that included souls, massages and medication, but his injury was fatal and we had to determine his death."

Meanwhile, a 30-year-old man was seriously injured and suffered a head injury after being hit in a vehicle while riding his bike on Route 375 near the orchard.

MDA medics and paramedics provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital when he was unconscious.

A pedestrian (65) was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle on Paul VI Street in Nazareth.

MDA medics and paramedics treated her and evacuated her to Rambam Hospital in Haifa.
