(ANSA) - PISTOIA, 31 DEC - House arrest for a doctor from the Pistoia mountains who falsely declared that he had administered Covid vaccines to numerous no vax patients who obtained a bogus Green pass. According to the investigations of the Carabinieri of Prato and of the Nas of Florence, coordinated by the prosecutor of Pistoia, the doctor received vax patients in the clinic, certifying for them the Covid vaccination, although in reality he did not carry it out. False Green Pass certifications have been seized on the regional health system platform and 19 people are currently under investigation.
The general practitioner, in his capacity as public vaccination officer, is seriously suspected of having falsely attested that vaccination has taken place for no vax people, not only in the Pistoiese Mountains where he exercises his profession, between the localities of Abetone, Cutigliano, Maresca, San Marcello, Marliana, but also of the capital Pistoia and the areas of Prato, Lucca, Pisa, Florence. The charges against the doctor are of forgery, embezzlement, fraud against the National Health Service, omission of official documents. The investigations show that the doctor did not receive money or benefits or gifts to make false registrations, but, according to what the prosecutor Tommaso Coletta explains, it seems that he did so out of a personal conviction relating to the alleged uselessness of the anti-Covid vaccine. Furthermore, theaccusation of embezzlement would be related to the alleged dispersion of vaccines, thrown away, which were not administered: as a vaccinator, the doctor was supplied with them by the health system. The investigation starts with the report of a mother, made to the carabinieri of Prato, worried by the possibility that her son, who according to her had been falsely vaccinated, could get sick from Covid.
