The political environment has changed the
people’s livelihood policy but not done well

Political achievements help resolve "popular grievances"
The government may explain that various policies always have their own complications, and customs clearance involves communication with mainland ministries and commissions.
However, as the head of the SAR government, the Chief Executive should actively find a solution.
Today, politically, the authorities have taken drastic measures, but the people's livelihood has only to make progress. Naturally, people feel that their efforts in governance are uneven, and social concerns are still not being taken care of.

However, resolving popular grievances is often not a matter of overnight, nor can it be completely resolved by political means alone.
