In addition, numerous people came together for "Corona walks" - including in Nuremberg - the police classified them as unannounced gatherings. Due to a recognizable mobilization on the Internet or in relevant messenger services and calls to take part in "Corona walks" in Nuremberg, the police were deployed with increased forces in the city area.
At around 7.15 p.m., according to the police, a group of around 100 people with whistles and other means of demonstration formed in front of the town hall at Nuremberg Central Station. “
The people then started moving with the presumed intention of wanting to form an elevator. The police stopped the group and informed the participants via loudspeaker announcements that the elevator was an unregistered gathering under the Assembly Act. The operations management referred to the applicable infection protection regulations, in particular to compliance with the prescribed minimum distance. The police also stipulated the elevator route to be run as a limitation under the law of assembly, ”

An unannounced corona demo took place in Lower Franconia on Sunday. Because participants behaved aggressively, the police had to intervene.
