The trainee Eray Gezici is one of the best in Upper Bavaria.
For this he has been awarded by the IHK.
Bad Tölz - Eray Gezici quickly realized which training path he wanted to pursue after secondary school: It should be something in the technical area.
He found what he was looking for at Sitec Aerospace in Bad Tölz, where he began training as a specialist in metal technology in 2019.
Now, two years later, the 19-year-old Tölzer can rightly be proud of himself: He completed his training as Upper Bavaria's best in his field and has even received an award from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for this.
Most of the training completed under Corona conditions
Harro Harms, Managing Director at Sitec, is also impressed by this achievement, as he explained at a small ceremony in the company: “What Mr. Gezici has achieved can only make you proud.
We will of course support him on his further path and hope that he will stay with our company for a very long time. "
Instructor Christoph Adlbert emphasized that the success of the young man is very important: “You have to consider that Eray completed most of his training under Corona conditions.
He certainly didn't see the vocational school from the inside very often. ”Apart from that, he thinks it's nice“ that young people simply reward themselves for their good work ”.
He wants to climb the career ladder step by step
Gezici is a little surprised by his great success: "I had a good feeling, but I didn't think it would go so well." Now he would like to work first - among other things, he will assemble aircraft landing gear - and earn some money.
But for the future he is already thinking of continuing his education and climbing the career ladder step by step.
In recognition of this, Gezici received special leave and a shopping voucher from Sitec Aerospace.
