A Calaisien and three migrants were injured Friday evening in Calais in a brawl followed by a settling of scores, and the police made three arrests, we learned from the prefecture on Saturday.

The driver of the car and an uninjured migrant who had in his possession "
a chain or other object of a fight
" were arrested shortly after the incident, while the resident, shot in the face, and the three injured migrants were taken to the hospital, according to Alain Castanier.
One of the latter, injured in the knee, was released from the hospital on Saturday and was in turn taken into police custody.
At least two of the migrants involved in this "
aggression followed by a settling of scores
" are said to be Eritreans, according to Alain Castanier.
