The branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization in Al-Hasakah distributed food and relief aid to the displaced families from Abu Rasin district and the surrounding villages as a result of the brutal aggression of the Turkish occupation forces and its mercenaries from terrorist organizations.

In a statement to SANA reporter, Ali Mansour, head of the SARC branch in the governorate, said that the branch’s response comes within the framework of supporting the families who were forced to leave their homes from the villages of Abu Rasin, northwest of the governorate due to the current conditions in the area, where relief aid was provided to the displaced to alleviate their suffering. their suffering, especially in light of the difficult conditions in which they live.

Mansour added: The assistance provided to the families included food baskets in addition to other assistance in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross.

The Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor had monitored the displacement of 150 families to the city of Hasaka, some of them were hosted in shelters, in addition to the displacement of 1,491 families from the villages of Abu Rasin to safe villages far from the lines of contact.

Over the past two days, the villages of Abu Rasin and Tal Tamr districts in the northwestern countryside of Hasaka witnessed the displacement of hundreds of families as a result of the brutal aggression of the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries, which led to the death and injury of a number of civilians and caused significant damage to homes, public and private properties and service facilities.
