Fatoumata Soumah is the first member of the government to be sacked within the team set up by the junta which overthrew President Alpha Condé on September 5.
According to the Guinean press, Fatoumata Soumah disagreed with the secretary general of the presidency, Colonel Amara Camara, for not having been consulted about a hearing between the transitional president, Colonel Mamady Doumbouya, and the magistrates. to discuss the government's criminal policy.
The dismissal comes two weeks after the civilian prime minister appointed by the military, Mohamed Béavogui, expressed his disagreement with the junta's decision to rename Conakry airport after former President Ahmed Sékou Touré, father of the independence for some, dictator for others.
