The Frenchman, who is documenting his changes in front of his 730,000 followers on Instagram, has undergone the current surgery in Mexico. And despite all these changes, Lepardo claims he has so far passed only 34 percent on the way to his ultimate goal.
Photos and videos of Lupardo lying on the operating table and surrounded by surgeons have been uploaded to the web and shocked viewers, but he has revealed that he plans to remove two fingers from his right hand as well to adjust his hands.
"I on the other side of the world are continuing my project, the surgery went well, another little dream came true. Thanks to whoever did the great slavery, thanks to Mexico from my heart. 34 percent passed," he wrote.
He then uploaded a black-and-white photo of his hand and wrote, "Thanks for the energies, start getting ready next to the other."

Lupardo's changes usually receive two types of responses - appreciation and rejection, from his followers.
One of them wrote: "You did it, it really happened. I hope your body will be fine."
Others were less supportive - "You have disrespect for those who have lost fingers and are unable to function properly", one respondent wrote to him and another added: "You will regret it one day".
Tuesday added: "It's disturbing and fascinating at the same time. I do not think I could have done it, but well done to you for living the dream."
The surgeries he undergoes often cause him suffering and Lupardo even admitted that after removing his nose and upper lip it is difficult for him to speak.
His nose was removed in the Spanish surgery, because such surgery is forbidden in France and for the removal of the fingers he has already had to travel as far as Mexico, as surgeries that cause bodily injury are forbidden in most European countries.
