The Ruthenium company, whose safe room in Tel Aviv was broken into on Thursday in a robbery that seems to have been taken from a Hollywood script, is proud on its home site that its customers "belong to the prestigious customer club in Israel."

Despite what they call the "meticulous security system" whose "plans, execution protocols and procedures" were first brought to Israel from Switzerland, they said, the robbers who broke into the compound on Thursday managed to overcome the security system.

The event began Thursday evening.

At 6 p.m., according to reports from the security guard at the scene, the company receives a call from a person who claimed he intended to make a deposit of money in one of the safes.

One can only imagine how the robbers knew how to outwit the security guard, because as described on the company's website, for security reasons they do not list all the security measures the company takes "for the sake of increasing security".

The security guard has a surprise when a group of armed and masked robbers arrives at the building, located in front of the Great Synagogue, instead of a person who intends to deposit money.

They tied the security guard and began emptying the contents of the safes in the room, with an area of 500 sq. Footage of the visible part of the money piled up on the floor of the complex, and some of their contents scattered around.

Conclusion of the event managed to guard released and called the police. The police have opened an investigation into the incident, but so far no Arrests were reported. Only a day later, on Friday, the robbery was published, in a report that did not include the amount stolen. It is not known whether valuables were stolen. This is not the first time a robbery has taken place in a building on Allenby Street, which is currently located in the heart of the Tel Aviv entertainment complex.

In 1947, Lehi members robbed the local Barclays Bank branch to fund the organization's activities. Lehi members robbed two bags of money from British policemen who led the bags to an armored car.

During a chase that developed after the robbery, the Lehi men were forced to get rid of one of the bags, but managed to keep the other in their hands, which contained 45,000 pounds.
