The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation of terrorist groups continued their criminal acts against the people in the Afrin area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where they launched a campaign of raids and kidnappings of civilians, and later blackmailed their families to pay sums of money in exchange for their release.
Local sources told SANA that terrorist groups from the so-called “Al-Sham Legion” affiliated with the Turkish occupation forces raided during the past hours the houses in Favertin village in Afrin region and kidnapped four civilians and took them to one of its headquarters in the area.
The sources pointed out that the raids were accompanied by shooting to intimidate the people, especially children and women, before the terrorists kidnapped civilians and blackmailed their families by requesting exorbitant financial ransoms in exchange for their release.
The crimes of the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries come in the context of their systematic terrorist acts to pressure the people and force them to leave their homes in order to bring about demographic change in the region and to house the terrorists supported by the Turkish regime in the region.
