Erding / Bockhorn - A 43-year-old driver had too much fuel.
The police checked him between Erding and Emling because of his abnormal driving style.
A Hungarian (43) was under the influence of alcohol and was stopped by the police on the B 388 between Emling and Erding on the late New Year's Eve.
A voluntary breath alcohol test on site confirmed the suspicion.
The police report that it showed a value well above the permitted limit.
The man, who does not have a valid driver's license, had to go to the clinic to have his blood drawn and face a heavy fine.
